Can you hold a place before I apply?
Prior to holding or reserving a property, an applicant must be fully approved. Applicants can apply here Click Here to Apply. Please note there may be additional applicants applying simultaneously for the same property, so you will not be guaranteed a hold or reservation for a specific property. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Typically an approved tenant will pay the first months rent, a security deposit equal to one month's rent, and a pet deposit (if applicable) -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years of age -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
It depends on what exactly needs to be done. The “If you break it, you buy it” rule applies here. If a resident creates an expense that is not normal wear and tear, it could be charged back to the tenant/resident. -
What is the minimum qualifying credit score for application approval?
Minimum credit score is 600-620 -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes! As long as you take care of the property according to the lease set in place. -
