Are you licensed?
Yes, we hold a Georgia Real Estate License and operate under a qualifying broker. -
Can you manage more than one of my properties?
Absolutely, we have invested a tremendous amount of time and resources to handle large portfolios. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Our owners can reach us via the “owners portal” and send a DM 24/7. Emergencies will be answered immediately. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we prefer to send your monthly rent proceeds via ACH to your bank account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, a copy of the executed lease agreement is uploaded to your client portal for viewing. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All of our payments are dispersible through your owner portal. Once a tenant pays rent and all liabilities are paid your money is available to be transferred to your linked account. -
How is rent collection handled?
Each resident has their own client portal where they make their payments. All payments are collected through the portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Minimum is 12 months, but every property is different and we will discuss your goals during onboarding. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We are ready to get you onboarded and can have your property listed and marketed in as little as 24 - 48 hours! -
